China wanted to do her chores, however, Mizuki had already finished all of them wonderfully (washing the clothes, preparing the food). Flustered, China accidentally broke a vase. Mizuki wanted to take the pieces, but China stopped her, saying she couldn't live with herself if Mizuki was injured.
China asked why Mizuki kept a dullard like her. In response, Mizuki then later asked what are 'his' plans for the day (presumably Nishimori Sota). China listed in great details of 'his' plans and Mizuki smiled. Mizuki simply just liked her and wanted China to stay in that house forever.
