Miyako has long brown hair down her shoulders and a pair of pale blue eyes. Her hair is usually seen partly tied down, and she has a flower on her hair. Miyako wears a dark dress with puffy light sleeves, and a necklace around her neck.

Overall, she and her little sister Kuromiya Akira resembles their mother Kuromiya Iori very much.

Kurono Miyako, whose real name is "Kuromiya Momiji" (黒宮紅葉) is the daughter of Kuromiya Iori, elder sister of Kuromiya Akira, and works under Murasaki Kojiro; manager of the Ayame Hotel, as his secretary. She's in very good terms with Sato Keisuke and Tamba Suzune, and during the course of "Umi wa Sono Nazotoki wo Nozomu no ka?", Miyako seemed very gentle towards Shirakawa Haruka.

Before the fire incident, she, her little sister, and both of her parents lived in a condo. However, when Miyako was sixteen years old, the two sisters lost their parents on the day of the condo fire. Ever since that day, Miyako vowed vengeance.

She committed suicide by the end of "Umi wa Sono Nazotoki wo Nozomu no ka?" by a knife, with Haruka as her witness.

Role in "Umi wa Sono Nazotoki wo Nozomu no ka?"Edit

In "Umi wa Sono Nazotoki wo Nozomu no ka?" Miyako is one of the passengers in the Yotsuba cruise ship. She introduced herself as the secretary of Kojiro; manager of the Ayame Hotel.

In the first 'murder', Miyako screamed and claimed that Keisuke fell from the boat. Later, it was revealed that her manager Kojiro was also murdered in his room. By the climax of the story, it's revealed that the sender of the crime notice is Miyako herself. Keisuke, who was in love with her, didn't want her to dirty her hands and claimed that he did all the killings for her. He later committed suicide, which was not supposed to be a part of the plan. By the end of the story, Miyako committed suicide.
